DOING BUSINESS WITH COUNCIL 2020

Event description

Blue Mountains City Council manages a vast number of buildings in our 27 towns and villages. Council is seeking to upskill local small to medium scale builders to increase their skills and confidence in developing successful tender applications for working with Council.
Our Doing business with Council online workshop is facilitated by Col Lange, founder of Lange Consulting & Software and the past designer and owner of the APET software used for Council’s Tenders and RFQs. Col has been working with local government and the business community since 1997 and he has previously consulted and trained at Blue Mountains City Council.  He was appointed to AusIndustry’s panel of tender writing trainers in 2017.
Col delivers lively and practical training sessions covering:
• Procurement fundamentals
• How best to use the APET software
• Practical tips about how to write an application to give you a better chance of winning
